The following rates are indicative and refer to accommodation of two people in a double room with en suite bathroom and bed and breakfast formula and include the following:
- Overnight stay and breakfast for two people
- Independent air conditioning
- Free Wi-Fi / LAN internet
- Room cleaning with towel and linen change (every three days)
- Reserved parking space (on request)
MID/OFF SEASON (from October to May, excluding from December 8 to January 6)
- 80 €/night
- Room only option, no breakfast: -10 €/night
PEAK SEASON (from June to September and from December 8 to January 6)
- 90 €/night
- Room only option, no breakfast: -10 €/night
CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to three months before the start date of the stay. In this case, any deposit (usually 30% of the total amount) will be refunded, net of bank fees/currency exchange costs incurred. If cancellation occurs after this period, the deposit will be retained.
